It’s that time again, time to move back into balance! We have one more online EDGU immersion starting in March before we do the advanced in person training at Breitenbush Hot springs this summer. Join us to get this amazing spinal maintenance practice in your body and life!

EDGU is a fun meditative movement practice that engages your imagination through a self reflective and life affirming story. There’s nothing quite like it and my quality of life wouldn’t be what it is with out this amazing practice. Coming from a history of chronic back pain as a teen, being told at age 16 my spine was degenerating and I’d end up in a wheel chair by the time I was 30, I knew I had to find something that would help this not be the case. EDGU IS that thing! It not only took the the last of my back and neck pain away, it keeps it that way. Now at age 37, I share this practice as much as possible in hope to help others have benefit in their lives and bodies.

EDGU is so amazing because it really uses all three in a coherent way by using our breath and engaging in a story while moving.

Fortunately for us, although her work rarely comes to North America, she is offering a course through the Vitalist Institute September 12-23rd!! And it is online with in person trainings to follow in the US next year.

Spinal Maintenance

For so long it seemed that we had to search far and wide for answers. Our minds wanted to find some complex hidden secrets that would lead us to a pain free, empowered life. I know I searched and tried everything but I kept coming back to EDGU: evolutionary spinal maintenance. It just simply works and it does not require any new look, identity, name, etc. in order to work. It uses gravity and momentum and gyrating spinal motion to generate incredible flexibility and strength in the spine and all the tissue extending out from it.

It turns out that the fastest way to sculpt our brains is through movement and EDGU moves every vertebrae through its entire range of motion, not only recalibrating the spine but activating the whole brain.

And this is only the beginning. EDGU is so unique because it engages the whole being: body and mind in an engaging story that connects to each movement so it is so much easier to be present and not wander off into what’s next or what you did not get done before you started.

I’ve personally seen thousands of participants get incredible value from the experience and it did not require any special abilities, it works for everyone, even if you have to sit down or are in a wheel chair.
