We are SO proud of Adele for hitting 100 classes! 🎉

Adele has been curious, adventurous, and committed in her yoga practice, trying many different styles and consistently showing up for herself despite not being based locally!
It has been a joy to support her, and we are looking forward to celebrating her next 100 and beyond!

We’ve been around this community for over a long time, and we thought it was time to reintroduce ourselves.

We strive to bring mindfulness to the masses, and we do so by providing a simple, accessible experience for anyone and everyone who wants to walk in our doors.
And in a world motivated highly by aesthetics, we’re pretty proud of that.

We have members who joined us yesterday.
And we have members who joined us 15 years ago!
All of them are friends, and we want to be your friend, too.
