I love what I do and the people it helps. I consider it a blessing.

In hearing healthcare, I've found that the real difference doesn't come from technology alone — it comes from the heart behind it.

You can build the most advanced hearing aids in the world, but if you don't love the work and care about the people, the impact will be limited.

When you lead with your heart, everything changes. The focus shifts from products to people, from fitting a device to changing a life.

You have to love what you do to make a lasting difference.

64 years ago, I experienced that — and it forever changed my life.

What started as a dream to help people hear better and live better has become my lifelong mission. Starkey Hearing began with a belief that hearing should never be taken for granted, and that every person deserves to experience the fullness of life.

After all these years, I still believe: the smallest sounds can have the biggest impact.
