📣 Now Hiring: Dietary Manager 🍽️🏡

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Dietary Manager to join our team! This important leadership role helps ensure our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals in a safe and welcoming dining environment.

❤️ What You’ll Do:
✔️ Oversee daily kitchen and dietary operations
✔️ Plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines and resident needs
✔️ Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen staff
✔️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
✔️ Work closely with nursing and care teams to support resident wellbeing

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in food service management (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition guidelines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• A heart for serving seniors
CDM preferred , not required .

Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and your efforts make a meaningful difference for so many communities.

We are also incredibly proud of our team members at Continuum and our facility partners with Advanced Healthcare Management who remained 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 in the face of challenging conditions. Many have sacrificed valuable time with their families, while others gave up the comfort of their own homes—staying at facilities or nearby hotels—to ensure our residents are safe, supported, and well cared for.

Your commitment, compassion, and teamwork truly reflect the heart of what we do. At 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆, we continue to keep all those impacted by this winter storm in our thoughts and prayers.
