Hellenic Senior Living of New Albany is your choice for affordable assisted living. This three-story building features 125 one-bedroom apartments, and the community will feature a full spectrum of services that help older adults embrace their independence. Built on over the four acres of land, the community will open in early 2018 and serve seniors of all incomes, including those on Medicaid. Hellenic Senior Living provides a wonderful residential alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home. Residents will have the opportunity to:

- Live in a private apartment. Each of the apartments will feature a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and emergency alert system.

- Receive personal assistance and help with medications. Certified staff will be on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services such as three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry are also included.

- Enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities. The emphasis at Hellenic Senior Housing is on providing residents with the Love, Compassion & Dignity they deserve and on helping each resident maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this holiday season possible for our exceptional residents. We are grateful to each and every one of you who played a role in its success. And we would be remiss not to express our sincere thanks to the star of the show, the one and only Santa Claus (Mr. Brian Morgan), and his delightful elf (Jake Morgan), for consistently bringing joy to our faces.
