🌼 World Kindness Day is today 💛

Kindness doesn’t have to be huge to matter. It can look like checking on a friend, giving someone space when they’re overwhelmed, holding the door, or just saying, “I’m glad you’re here.”

At Brandon’s House, we see every day how small kindness can change how a teen feels about themselves and their world. Keep being that steady good in someone’s day. It matters more than you think.

Shoutout to the parents, grandparents, guardians, and “bonus adults” doing the quiet work no one sees. The late-night talks. The school drop-off pep talks. The “are you okay?” check-ins even when you’re tired too.

We see you. You matter in this story just as much as your teen.

We’re thankful for every teen who’s been brave enough to ask for help, every parent who’s picked up the phone, and every person in this community who refuses to let mental health be ignored.

Brandon’s House exists because this community believes teens deserve a safe place to be heard, without cost.
