💬 NO SHOW and LATE CANCELLATION Reminder

Due to the EXTREME VOLUME of no-shows and late cancellations, we want to remind you your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

No-showing or cancelling late makes it hard for us to offer those time slots to other patients who need care. Many patients need appointments but cannot get them due to full schedule. When someone doesn’t show or cancels late, it is hard for us to book someone else.

As a reminder of our policy, We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
A patient is subject to receive a charge if policy is not upheld by patient.
