Kaiser Home Support Services’ Dean named to INARF Leadership Academy Class of 2026

Indianapolis, IN – Phyllis Dean, Director of Program Services, at Kaiser Home Support Services is one of the 30 participants selected for the INARF Leadership Academy - Class of 2026.

The INARF Leadership Academy was born out of the Membership’s desire to invest in its staff and to develop future industry leaders, and INARF’s continuing commitment to strengthening leadership across Indiana’s intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) service system. Since the implementation with the Class of 2019, the Academy has evolved into a highly anticipated and much sought-after one-of-a-kind professional development program
for human service industry leaders seeking to demonstrate their commitment to the future of our industry by enhancing their knowledge and skills while expanding their network among
like-minded industry leaders.

Participants are selected from a pool of applicants based on the quality and thoroughness of their essay responses and demonstrated industry experience. The INARF Leadership
Academy - Class of 2026 kicks off March 12 at the Embassy Suites Noblesville Conference Center.

INARF is the principal membership organization in Indiana representing providers of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). For over 50 years, INARF has maintained positive work relationships with governmental agencies responsible for human service programs, promoted networking and professional development opportunities for members, and provided leadership and support in the promotion of quality programs for persons with I/DD. INARF is committed to strengthening the system of services and supports for Hoosiers with disabilities. For more information, please visit our website www.inarf.org.
