At Life Enriching Communities, every associate plays an important role in the lives of those we serve. 💛
At this year’s McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards, a room filled with CEOs and senior leaders recognized that impact. What stood out most were associates like Andy Lipps of Twin Towers and Robin Hairston of Concord Reserve, whose compassion and dedication are seen every day in the way they care for others.
In total, LEC had four award recipients: Andy Lipps, Robin Hairston, Kimberly Brown of Wesley Ridge, and President and CEO Scott McQuinn, along with two additional associates nominated.
It is a meaningful reminder that the work happening across our communities, often behind the scenes, makes a lasting difference.

We brought a little extra Irish cheer to this week’s Tuesday Happy Hour 🍀

Residents enjoyed a festive spread featuring homemade Scotch eggs and Irish eggrolls, prepared by Chef Jason Baehr, along with a beautifully decorated space that made the afternoon feel even more special, thanks to Ebony Crockett and our E&P team.

And the celebration isn’t over yet… we’re continuing the St. Patrick’s Day fun with a themed dinner tomorrow evening!

We had a fantastic turnout for our Wine & Food Pairing event at Wesley Woods! 🍷

Thank you to Chris Venci from Wine Trends for guiding guests through a tasting of California wines and sharing insights on each selection. Our talented Executive Chef Jason and dining team created delicious pairings for each course, from shrimp ceviche to braised short rib and a decadent flourless chocolate torte.

A special touch of the evening was the wine flights themselves, handcrafted by residents in the woodshop just for events like this.

It was a wonderful night of great food, wine, and community. Cheers to many more gatherings like this!
