***UPDATE 3***
We have not forgotten to update.. all of us here have had the flu and still recovering. We will be taking supplies to them if anyone has anything in our area to donate!! Here is the updated list of needs... Also I have their PP and CA qr codes in the photos... So other than the craziness of so many things to do , Beth and Emer are doing ok as they start cleaning up. I believe they said it Took 5 days for the fire to be completely out... They started finding some things and others not so much... A few more of the outside kitties were found but as far as the 2 inside, still no sign but also no bodies, so they are staying slightly hopeful. They have lost another goat and a kitty got pretty sick from the stress and food change. Elmer is still battling the seizures caused by the crazy amount of stress and trying to get things back to a normal will hopefully help him stop seizing... I know that Beth is still hosting her shows and doing the renfaires that they had on the books and looking to fill up their show season... So here is the updated list ! Thanks to all who have helped and who continue to help by spreading the word!! Much love to all

***UPDATE 2***
This morning they went down to the property and they had to call the fire department back out due to the shed and parts of the house relit and needed to put it out in order to keep the barn and chicken pen and goat pen safe. As of noon, they still had one spot burning.. Sadly with all the stress from this Elmer is having health issues again that he had managed for over a year and was getting his life back... This is a minor temporary set back.. WIth help and not worrying about what to do and getting help back, it makes things a lil less stressful. We also learned that one of the dogs gave birth last night and they finally found her puppies today safe and sound. They are still missing serveral cats that they have not see yet and it is getting worrisome. 2 of them were last seen in the house :( Hope is keeping them alive right now and we all need that. The other animals the Cow/Horse/ Adult Goats/ chickens/ginny's are all ok so far from what they can see... Barn was not touched!!! Thankfully and the goat pen and chicken pen were untouched as well. Im so glad these were kept from harm. They did manage to grab her main sewing machine, but need the cord and peddle for it.. i will c/p the list of things they need and what materials needed to keep going on her business in order to pay the bills and take care of them where they are figuring things out. Here is the list and the update from her sister:
This is from Beth's Sister:
They arrived home and initially thought the fire was small enough to put out, but quickly realized it was in the walls.
Firefighters arrived, but unfortunately it became clear the house, which was my brother-in-law's family home before their marriage, was completely destroyed.
Not only that, but the fire spread to my sister's new workshop, which held a majority of her sewing supplies. Patterns, thread, fabric, boning, all of which have been critical in helping pay their bills as her sewing/costuming business had started to grow.
Today we began replacing what was lost and searching for the animals that were missing last night.
Most of the animals were found and moved to safety before and as the fire spread, but a few of their cats are still missing including Tipsy and Taz the two oldest.
If you can’t help monetarily here is a rough list of things that were lost in the fire last night that could be donated:
Clothing-
Woman’s Large shirts, 14/16 pants, 8.5 shoes.
Men's 3x shirts, 48/30 pants, 10.5/11 shoes.
Living supplies-
Blankets, Towels, Toiletries, etc.
Animal supplies-
Like I said most of the animals are safe and are currently staying with friends and family.
If you have any extra litter boxes, dog leashes, or other (nonfood) pet supplies they'll need replacements before their animals can return home.
A 'Xpen' or baby pen for the baby goats.
Sewing supplies-
Not a necessity, but because Beth has a small business that was helping them pay the bills I'm including sewing supplies, so she can return to work. This is also what I know the most about, so it’s longer in comparison-
Thread (especially black, white , navy blue, )
Fabric (especially denim as she uses a lot of it in her corsets)
Tape measure
Scissors
Pins
Leather
Grommets
Paracord
Boning
Cardstock (to recreate her physical patterns)
-------
I will have a more detailed list of sewing once Beth has a chance to go through all of her stuff. They will be at the show this weekend in Effingham if you wanted to come show your support and buy something of hers or bring up donations of needed items.. I am going to be working on a amazon list for them so you can ship it straight to them.. Also if you want to ship something for them, or set up a walmart pick up.. MSG ME.. I will get you the proper address and names needed!!! Thank you all for keeping up with this and please share share share!!! Much love to you all!

=============================================
I dont know how to even begin with this post, my heart hurts for them, Dear friends- new family, Elizabeth & Elmer sent us a message tonight . Thier home had caught fire and it is a total loss. Including the new shed she just had placed for her workshop. She is a seamstress and leathersmith. She does beautiful work making clothing, her speciality is Corset's. They help others when they need something that they can do. She is hosting her own shows, does a produce market and then a lot of the Renaissance Fests in MO and other odditiy shows too. We met them last year and they have taken us under their wings as new to renaissance faires and helping us getting ready to start the season. We have so many weekends we will be spending with them this year and we can not be more excited. Elmer is a blacksmith who for medical reasons had to temporarily stop the craft and has been helping Austin at the events we are at together. Even giving him some supplies to play with to learn on. They give and give. Now its our turn to give back to them.. They are at a loss, literally. They may have lost a few cats n a dog.. as of 930pm tonight they did not have eyes on and are praying they ran out and are hiding, but the 3 were older so they dont know and the daunting thought of having to search thru the rubble is heartbreaking. Thankfully they did get the baby goats ( bottle fed) are ok, they were in the house. They got the others cats and dogs out and thankfully had her service dog (Gr. Dane)Freyja with them. All of her canvas, she makes period tent coverings, materials, forms, tools and sewing machines- gone. The events are their livelyhood and they had the inventory from the last weekends show in the truck still ... THANKFULLY!!! So that mean she does have some things to sell, but making new until she can get set back up is going to be hard. Soooo Here is what I am asking of our community... Please, if you have anything to help, donations would be wonderful. I will have a list of clothing and shoe sizes hopefully by morning. They have a place to stay for a few days, after that, they dont know. They dont have any essentials, or clothing, shoes, food, the milk for the baby goats, cat food, dog food, goat feed. They will need applicances when they rebuild, help rebuilding, so much more. We will update here as we get information in on what exactly they need. Anyone with material sitting around that you want to gift so she can try to continue for the season while they rebuild, old metal body sewing machines sitting around that you dont really want or need anymore... ( her husband referbs the metal sowing machines- antiques) So even if its not working, he might be able to get it fixed for her to you, or if you need the service ask, he maybe able to help out. Physically they are both ok- not hurt from the fire.. Im so glad they were not hurt. Mentally they are a mess, as expected they would be. Also thankfully they dont think that the barn got damaged.
So we are reaching out to all of our family / friends from everywhere and to those who know them from the faires and other events. I have thier gofund me : https://gofund.me/2dd522c03
They are going to be setting up a venmo - I will get that posted as an update as soon as I get it and also they said if you want to make a donation to Navy Federal, let me know and I will send you the phone number you will need to make the deposit. Also sizes of clothing and shoes and any other need they may have if you want to donate items vs money. We are greatful to whomever can help and help means sharing and keeping them in your prayers, energy, sending love, whatever. They can use it right now. So for all who read this thank you and we love you all!
Austin & Hope and all the crew at Pappy's Castle.
Some photos of Beth & Elmer and of the devistation they now face.
