Took a webinar on the importance of sagittal alignment of the spine ( the side view of the spine). The spinal surgeon ( who put on the presentation) said these are the goals and considerations for a spine with scoliosis. Substitute the word "surgery" for "rehab"and it's still the same goals. Quality of Life is paramount and reteaching the soft tissue, brain and nervous system to hold your spine in a better position is what we want to happen!

What activities make a good day to you?
I agree with this article.
If you are with friends and or family, moving your body and being productive, that trio tends to lead to good days.
When you think about sad and depression filled days, I tend to think of being isolated, doing nothing constructive and not moving your body.
