The Village of East Harbor is part of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. PVM serves seniors from Detroit to upper Michigan. Every decade we have added on to our 44 acre campus. In 2018 we completed rennovating the entire campus adding private nursing rooms and a new rehab gym, and the Cameron Cafe and Bistro. 2019 we opened our new Marugurite’s Restaruant open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. We are expanding again in 2020. We will be offering new Indepdendent apartments in a mid rise building and new Indepdendent apartments with one and two car attached garages. Construction starting this spring. Our Health and Wellness Center will be umderway as well.
Serving seniors is all we do. Our long history in the community sponsoring events and being a community resource is one of the reason we have a reputation in the community as a place you can trust. Continuity of care and the longeivity of staff is just a few reasons why residents continually give us high marks.
We have licensed Skilled Nursing and Rehab right on site. Our SNF has a 5 star rating and was named Best in US News again this year. Our Home for the Aged which houses Assisted Livimg and Memory Care resididents had zero citiations during our State review.
Our foundation helps seniors who outlive their resources by establishing a beneveloence fund where seniors can apply for assistants when they outlive their resources. We also accept Medicaid in our Long Term Care Nursing.
