I have wrestled with whether or not to share this through my business platforms as it is personal, but with my business being health & wellness, I believe this will be educational & just might help someone in the process. What better way to help educate than through personal experience?
My husband & I have been trying to conceive (TTC) for 2 years. The infertility testing has been slow, but has led us to find out something we were not expecting. After having an ultrasound done, I was informed that I have endometrioma cysts inside enlarged ovaries (I believe they are enlarged from the cysts) with suspected endometriosis. We were both in shock because I do not experience the horrible symptoms some women do with endometriosis.
The route for me to resolve the cysts is surgery which has been scheduled for Monday, November 4th. The other options are to go on birth control or another medication, but that would have us going backwards in TTC. Plus the bilateral laparoscopic cystectomy will also allow them to see if I have any endometriosis adhesions that need ablations along with testing my tubal patency to ensure my tubes are okay.
With that being said, I will be off of work starting Monday, November 4th & returning Wednesday, November 20th (just in time for the holidays!). I do have availability leading up to the surgery along with after, so please schedule if you would like to get in! I will also be adding any additional days as needed :) This has not been an easy truth to take in nor easy to accept, but something I need to do.
I appreciate the love & support I have received & for your understanding during this time! Thank you for your unwavering support with me, my business, & the health of my (prayerfully) growing family!
