Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy

Relax and unburden your mind, body, and spirit with Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT). Often described as a musical massage; Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT) is a whole-body therapy, provided by me, Karen Thueme, a certified VAHT practitioner, that benefits people of all ages. A 45-minute VAHT Session can provide relief from anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, insomnia, depression, and more. This therapy is a very dynamic process and is tailored to the unique individual that you are. Whether you are suffering from work overload or are dealing with a serious medical condition, Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy is a powerful modality that will help you relax and allow healing to take place. Since its inception VAHT has reduced pain and enhanced the quality of life for hundreds of clients. The sounds of the harp resonate with the body and mind. The therapy is a very dynamic process and is tailored to the unique individual. A Touch of my Harp was formed upon completion of the International Harp Therapy Program in Sept. 2013. As a Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner, I play for hospice, palliative, and cancer patients, families, and staff at area hospitals. I also offer my therapeutic harp services to include the general public. Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy Sessions are scheduled by appointment in my New Baltimore, MI office. Curious how frequency and resonance help in a therapy session? At our New Baltimore studio (35441 23 Mile Road), we use gentle vibration and targeted sound to encourage the body’s natural relaxation—no touch, no drugs. Clients often notice a softening of muscle tension, deeper breathing, and a calmer mind as vibrations guide cells and tissues into steadier rhythms. Sessions are safe, non-invasive, and designed for professionals and anyone seeking support beyond talk therapy or hands-on treatments—especially those navigating grief. Ready to feel the benefits? A quiet, anonymous moment of care: a client grieving a recent loss arrived tense and tearful. During a tailored vibroacoustic sound therapy session—no touch, no medications—we adjusted frequencies and vibrations to her needs. Within minutes her breathing slowed, shoulder tension eased, and she reported feeling calmer and more grounded. This gentle, measurable shift supports emotional regulation alongside traditional therapies. If you’re a health-conscious professional seeking compassionate grief support in New Baltimore, our approach may help. Learn more: https://wix.to/GTT27Pt

While not a formally recognized word in standard English dictionaries, "seatherny" is a widely circulated, recently coined term (a "neologism") that describes the serenity or peace one feels while listening to birdsong.

You're invited.
Experience a day of resonance and refined celebration at our Grand Opening. Throughout the day, you are invited to discover vibroacoustic sound therapy — an elevated, non-touch therapeutic experience that uses live harp resonance to gently support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and restoration. As you recline in comfort, therapeutic vibrational frequencies travel subtly through the body, encouraging nervous system balance, deep relaxation, and a profound sense of calm presence.
Complimentary vibroacoustic sound therapy demonstrations will be offered at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM, providing an intimate introduction to this distinctive restorative experience.
The afternoon culminates with our formal Ribbon Cutting at 3:00 PM, followed by an elegant herbal tea gathering featuring curated blends and refreshing fruit-infused water. We look forward to welcoming you into a serene space designed for restoration, connection and stillness. See less
