In taking good care of your eyeglasses, it’s important to never wipe the lenses when they’re dry. Any debris that’s on the surface of the lens or dust on the cleaning cloth could potentially scratch them. We recommend wetting your lenses before wiping them. We also recommend alcohol free lens cleaner and to stay away from pre-moistened lens wipes because they normally have alcohol. Alcohol can dry out the coating of your lenses and cause damage and it can dry out your frame causing it to peel, crack, or break.
