Good Morning!

Thank you all for joining us for our Thanksgiving-Themed Nutrition Class. Thanksgiving sides are my absolute favorite, and today we prepared Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls — the perfect low-calorie, cozy comfort-food side dish.

Cooking Tip:
Be sure to flip or rotate the stuffing balls halfway through cooking for even browning.

Ingredient Swaps & Add-Ons:
• Celery or carrots
• Gluten-free stuffing mix

This recipe is wonderfully simple, time-efficient, and great for make-ahead meals. You can even freeze the stuffing balls before baking for an effortless option on busy days.
