Maha Massage Therapy, LLC We are here to help you maintain a healthy balance in your life by offering therapeutic massage. Our emphasis is on finding what approach works best for you.

If you are looking for deep relaxation to deal with a stressful lifestyle, a gentle session for fibromyalgia and chronic pain management or a more orthopedic approach to help relieve a painful condition, our goal is to assist you in getting there. At Maha Massage Therapy LLC, we will work with you towards a realization of well being. Listening to and responding appropriately to your concerns is the priority for each massage session. This means listening to both your verbal cues and also noticing how your body (breathing, muscle tension etc.) reacts during the treatment. If you are looking for someone to simply lean in with an elbow and exert heavy pressure from beginning to end, and call that a "deep tissue" massage, this is probably not the practice for you. If however, you have been trying to find a massage therapist who thoughtfully approaches each session and applies various techniques to discover what you respond most positively to then Maha Massage Therapy may be the answer you've been looking for.
