Just a reminder to our community — we gather the last Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm at The Guild of Modern Wellness.

Our next meeting is next Wednesday, and we would truly love to see you there.
This is a space for connection, encouragement, shared experiences, and support — no matter where you are in your journey.
