Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics

Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics of Wisconsin. The WHY is the key to unlocking the solution. Old age is NOT the reason. Limping increases the risk of falling.

We offer Regenerative Medicine, MLS Class IV Laser therapy, functional medicine, Hako-Med Electrical Therapy, Medical Wave therapy, and much more to help you get out of pain and back to living the life you want Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic is one of the newest and best integrated functional medicine health clinics in New Berlin and Wisconsin, specializing in natural pain relief combined with FDA approved and regulated state of the art all natural therapeutic treatments. Dr. Evans began re-branding the clinic in 2018 as she became more and more aware of the amazing therapies available to help resolve pain naturally while also regenerating the joints in the human body. These new advanced treatment therapies fit easily within the clinics mission which is to: Relieve Human Suffering by natural means only so as to do no harm, while instead to restoring normal function and strength to the body. The clinic is unique in many ways most notably due to the approach Dr Evans takes in figuring out WHY her patients are having joint problems. We have to stop blaming joint problems that can be resolved on “old age.” We need to look at what is possible and not just focus on managing a progressing problem. Patients want answers that make sense and workable solutions so that they can put their joint problems in the “rear view” and get on with an active happy life. A happy, healthy active life is the main objective for all of our patients. More often than not the WHY is a structural problem that has festered over the years, gone undiagnosed and thereby gone untreated which has led to chronic pain, limping and related joint deterioration and weakness so that the patient’s ability to walk has been greatly impaired. Falling is the leading cause of death in medicare aged people. Our services include the world renowned 25watt MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser. Dr Evans has become an expert in the field of Laser therapy over the last 10 years and this is why she will not settle for anything but the best highest quality laser available. Additionally, this is the ONLY Laser which is FDA approved for use on the deep tissues and nerves of the lower back. Additionally, because it is Robotic it is much more effective and reliable than other lasers which are not robotic. Our Spinal Decompression equipment is the newest most effective on the market due to the fact that in addition to opening up the joints of the spine to help reduce nerve pinching, it also stretches the spine laterally or sideways which helps break up stenosis type scar tissue in and around the nerve roots. Our patients who have had sciatica for years are amazed that there is finally something that has caused/allowed their back and leg pain to resolve. We couple the decompression with the most powerful electrical stimulation on the market to help nerves heal and regenerate. German designed and produced, it is the only nerve conduction equipment that has improved nerve function in our neuropathy patients. Our neuropathy patients can feel their feet again, burning and tingling problems resolve, restless leg syndrome resolves, ect. We have a rehabilitation program to improve strength and flexibility in our patients so that they stop limping, get rid of canes and walkers and resume normal daily activities without pain and without the risk of falling. Now, lots of clinics have one maybe two similar modalities as we do, but they do not have a comprehensive program for Whole Person Recovery. If it is natural and effective in helping a patient get out of pain, regain function, get stronger and more flexible - we have it and we combine the various therapies to customize a treatment plan for each and every patient we accept for care. At Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic, you will receive the best care through the use of modern chiropractic techniques and technology. The clinic offers gentle spinal and extra-spinal chiropractic manipulations, regenerative medicine, functional nutritional medicine, MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser, physical therapy, deep tissue massage therapy, cellular tissue transplant injection, PRP and much more! In the clinic, the doctors and treatment staff focus on all the joints in the body including but not limited to disorders involving the Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand, Low Back Hip, Knee and Ankle. Now that may sound like a lot, however they are all the same type of joint so while the forces thru them may differ the fluids and tissues in them are them same and so they respond in the same way to our recovery treatments. We are here to provide you with the highest quality of care and cutting-edge medicine to completely eliminate your current pain. Call us today for a free consultation, 262-785-5515.

What if your knee pain wasn’t a knee problem at all?

You stretch, you ice, maybe even get an MRI — and everything looks fine.
But the pain stays. The weakness lingers. The stiffness returns.
That’s because your knee doesn’t move itself… your nervous system does.

Every movement — every step, squat, or climb — begins as an electrical signal from your brainstem and spinal cord.
The nerves that control your quadriceps, hamstrings, and stabilizers originate in the lumbar spine (L2–S2 levels).
When those nerves misfire — from inflammation, compression, or poor postural feedback — your brain loses precise control of the knee.

That’s when compensation begins:
• The hip overworks.
• The knee stiffens.
• The foot collapses.
And your pain becomes the language your nervous system uses to say, “Something’s wrong upstream.”

The good news? Nerves are trainable.
When you restore proper neural signaling — through chiropractic adjustment, DNS stabilization, and targeted brain-based exercises — your brain reconnects with your muscles.
The result? Better timing, smoother control, and less pain.

The quality of your movement is a reflection of the quality of your nervous system.

Your knee may be the messenger, but the message starts higher up — in the circuits that tell your body how to move, balance, and heal.

Thumb or wrist pain? 📱 Your phone might be to blame.

Too much scrolling or repetitive hand movements can irritate the tendons near your thumb and wrist, leading to a condition called de Quervain’s tenosynovitis. This can make gripping, texting, or even holding objects uncomfortable or painful.

Chiropractic care, combined with targeted stretches and activity modifications, can often help reduce irritation, relieve pain, and restore proper function. 🙌

“The hardest part isn’t the walk — it’s deciding to take it.”

You’ve seen the stats, you’ve felt the stiffness, and you know your body deserves better.
But change doesn’t start with big leaps — it starts with one small promise kept to yourself.

Every day you wait, your joints carry the same extra pressure — step after step, year after year.
That’s not weakness. It’s just biology repeating the same pattern until you teach it something new.

Tony Robbins says,

“Change happens when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of change.”

If your knees ache after a walk, a long day, or standing too long — that’s your signal. Not punishment, but feedback.

Here’s the truth: your body wants to heal.
Even a 15-minute evening walk or a few laps at the pool signals your nervous system to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and rebuild stability.

It’s not about burning calories — it’s about reclaiming control.
One short walk tonight can literally begin rewriting how your joints function tomorrow.

✨ Challenge:
Pick your path tonight —
🚶‍♀️ Fox River Trail or 🏊‍♂️ New Berlin YMCA pool.

Post a photo, tag us , or comment “I walked!” to anchor your win.
You’ll be surprised how good it feels to keep a promise to your body.

Let’s turn awareness into action — together.

Your knees don’t complain because they’re weak — they complain because they’re carrying more than they were designed to.

If you’ve ever felt your knees ache after a long day, a short walk, or standing too long, you’re not alone.
But here’s something most people never realize…

⚖️ Every single extra pound on your body adds four pounds of pressure to your knees with every step you take.
That means just 10 extra pounds equals 40 extra pounds of stress per step — multiplied thousands of times a day.

Research from Gundersen Health and the Noyes Knee Institute confirms that this constant overload accelerates cartilage breakdown and joint degeneration, even in people who are otherwise active and healthy.

Your knees are innocent — they’re simply the messengers, asking for relief.

Here’s the good news: you don’t need a marathon, a diet overhaul, or hours in the gym to protect your joints.
Small, consistent movement retrains both your metabolism and your neurology — signaling your brain to lubricate the joints, strengthen the muscles, and reduce inflammation naturally.

✅ A 15-minute walk after dinner
✅ A few laps at the New Berlin YMCA pool
✅ Gentle squats or stair climbs with good posture

Each of these teaches your nervous system to move with efficiency — and efficiency equals relief.

“Progress equals happiness.” — Tony Robbins
Even the smallest step is a victory when it reduces pain and gives you back control.

This week, pick one way to lighten your knees’ load:
🚶‍♀️ Take a relaxing walk on the Fox River Trail
🏊‍♂️ Try a 15-minute float or swim at the New Berlin YMCA pool

💬 Then comment below: Which one will you try first?
Every small action is a promise to your future mobility — and we’ll celebrate your wins together.

Good evening everyone! Before you scroll past, take a breath and think about your knees — the joints that carry you through every step, every laugh, every climb up the stairs.

Most people live with some degree of knee pain, but the real cause is rarely what we assume.
Let’s test your instincts 👇

🗳 Poll: What causes knee pain most?

🦴 Aging | 🤕 Old injury | 🦶 Leg length difference | 🤷‍♀️ Not sure

Pain is the body’s whisper that something deeper is out of balance.
What surprises many people is that even a tiny ⅛-inch leg-length difference can twist the pelvis, shift weight to one side, and overload a knee thousands of times per day.
You can’t feel that difference until your body begins to compensate — tight hips, weak glutes, or uneven steps that slowly wear away joint tissue.

Ignoring those small imbalances doesn’t just limit movement; it trains your nervous system to expect dysfunction. And you’ve heard it said, people will do far more to avoid pain than to gain pleasure.
So before you accept “aging” as the reason, ask yourself: what if the pain is a message — not a sentence?

The encouraging truth: the body can relearn balance. When the nervous system is retrained through specific movement therapy and alignment work, the brain rewrites those old patterns — and the pressure on the knee begins to disappear.
Awareness is the first step toward healing.

🗳 Cast your vote above and join us tomorrow when we reveal the real answer — and show how to test your own alignment safely at home.
Because once you understand the cause, you can change the story.

Feeling numbness or tingling in your hands or feet? ✋🦶

This can sometimes result from irritated nerves in your spine, which are caused by poor posture, injury, or everyday wear and tear. When nerves are irritated, it can lead to discomfort, weakness, or a “pins and needles” sensation.

Chiropractic adjustments help alleviate that irritation, restore proper nerve function, reduce pain, and enhance your overall mobility. 💪

Don’t wait, book an appointment today to start feeling better!

Did you know that 1 in 4 adults live with knee pain — but only 1 in 10 know why.

Knee pain isn’t just an orthopedic issue — it’s a movement, nerve, and stability issue. According to PubMed research, nearly 25% of adults experience chronic or recurring knee pain. But here’s the twist: most imaging studies (like MRIs and X-rays) show no structural damage — yet the pain persists. Why? Because the problem often starts above or below the knee.

Imagine two patients with identical MRIs: one pain-free, one struggling to climb stairs. The difference?
• The pain-free patient’s hips and feet move in harmony, distributing weight evenly.
• The painful case shows pelvic tilt and foot instability, forcing the knee to bear unnatural loads.

A simple functional movement assessment — not an MRI — can reveal that imbalance in seconds.

Traditional imaging captures structure, not function. If your hip doesn’t stabilize or your arch collapses slightly, your knee absorbs the fallout. Over time, the brain compensates, tightening some muscles and weakening others. This changes your movement patterns, perpetuating pain — even after medications or injections.

That’s why we focus on neuromuscular retraining, DNS-based alignment, and movement pattern correction — because pain relief starts when your body’s software (nervous system) is reprogrammed, not just when its hardware (joint) is examined.
