Giving back this November

I have partnered with the Hope Center in Waukesha to help families in the Waukesha area meet the basic needs to survive.

Bring in a pair or package of socks for either adults or children and I’ll give you a free foot treatment that has a butter rum sugar scrub, deep hydration mask and to finish it off a Harvest Moon Deep whipped shea butter.

If you would like to donate but aren’t able to schedule a massage in November you can certainly drop off your donation outside my studio door and I’ll make a note on your account to have your free foot treatment ready for your December appt. Please put your name on the bag or text me that you’ve dropped off a donation so I can be sure the correct account gets credited.

National Massage Therapy Awareness Week

Tension headaches can be resolved by addressing specific muscles, including on the scalp, neck and upper shoulders. I personally have found by releasing these muscles can more times than not stop the pain caused by tight muscles. Receiving regular massage therapy can decrease headache frequency.
