✅ We are open today (Wednesday, 2/4) and are back to normal operations. ✅

Please note all CarolinaEast facilities, including Physician Offices, Surgery Center, Diagnostic Center and Cancer Center will resume normal hours of operation starting Wednesday, February 4.

Of course, if driving conditions in your area remain unsafe, please reach out to your provider’s office to reschedule via telephone or MyChart. Those with affected appointments from the 2/2 or 2/3 closures have been or will be contacted to reschedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and above all - be safe!

⚠️ UPDATE: Our offices will be closed on Tuesday, February 3. We will reach out to patients and reschedle Tuesday appointments when able to do so. ⚠️

Due to forecasted inclement weather, our office hours have been adjusted for the safety of our patients and staff.

Our office will be CLOSED to sick visits on:

🎊New Year’s Day Hours 🎊

Our office will be CLOSED Thursday, January 1 in observance of New Year’s Day.

We will REOPEN Friday, January 2.

A reminder: our phones ☎️ switch on 30 minutes ⏰ before opening and our doors 🚪 open 15 minutes ⏰ before our first scheduled appointment.

⛔️ Our office will close today, December 24, promptly at 3:00pm. We will be CLOSED on Thursday, December 25.

✅ Friday, December 26, our office will OPEN our doors at 8:15am for 8:30am appointments. Phone lines will open at 8:00am.

‼️MyChart Scheduling Reminder‼️

At this time, the only visits that can be scheduled online or via MyChart with Pediatrics are:

🔹 New Patient Appointments: There will be at least a 2-week delay 🗓️ for new patient well visit appointments due to our office protocol. We must receive records from your child’s last provider(s), and any associated specialists, before a new patient appointment will be confirmed. Our providers request records to be received before we can schedule new patient sick appointments.

🔹 Well Visits for Ages 2 and Above

🛑 If you need to schedule a sick 🤢 appointment or an evaluation 📋 (ADHD, discuss an IEP, etc.) it must be done by phone 📞.

❗️💉Seasonal Walk-In Flu Shots💉❗️

⚠️ UPDATE: Flu shots are now available during business hours (Monday-Friday)! ⚠️

Starting Thursday, October 2 we will be offering walk-in flu shots.

Walk-in shots will be offered on:

🔹Tuesday mornings from 8:30am-12:00pm
🔹Thursday afternoons from 1:30pm-4:15pm

⚠️ Please be sure to bring your insurance card. If you have not seen us since November 2024, please be patient as we will need to register you in our new system, Epic.
