We had such a wonderful time today at the Coastal Women’s Forum Tradeshow!

It was so fun connecting with so many amazing people, sharing meaningful conversations, and learning more about our community. One of our favorite moments was creating beautiful intention stones and shells together, each one a small reminder of hope, healing, and purpose.

We’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by our table and spent time with us. Events like this remind us why we love what we do!

Why Acupuncture Supports Calm:

Embracing Change This Season!
The colors are changing, the air feels new, and we are welcoming the new season. 🍁

Transformation can be beautiful; we’re celebrating the season of change here at Inner Source Therapy.

Our clinicians are embracing growth, both personally and professionally, and our beloved clinician Dawn Peace's newly decorated space is a reflection of her beautiful energy: warm, grounded, and full of life.

Fall reminds us that letting go is part of becoming. Whether it’s releasing old patterns, healing from what no longer serves us, or stepping into something new, every change holds the potential for growth. 🌿

The dust, the noise, the chaos — it’s all part of becoming something new. ✨

Renovations are underway, and every wall going up (or being torn down), every brush of paint, and every small detail reminds us that growth is a beautiful mess.

Just like in healing, transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process — sometimes slow, sometimes uncomfortable. But, there's no progress without it.
