2. **Eat Root Vegetables:** Incorporate root vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, and beets into your meals. These foods are physically grounding, promoting feelings of stability, nourishment, and connection to the earth.

We use essential oils in our yoga, meditation, massage and mental health services to facilitate the release of emotions and bring about a sense of peace 💙

When fragrance is inhaled 🪷 the aromatic molecules travel up the nose where they are trapped by olfactory membranes that are well protected by the lining inside the nose. When stimulated by odor molecules, this lining of nerve cells triggers electrical impulses to the olfactory bulb in the brain. 🌈🌟🦋

Because the limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels, and hormone balance, ✨essential oils✨ can have profound physiological and psychological effects.
