Wow! What a fabulous evening with all these ladies .wellness for "All I Want for Christmas is Barre." We had a festive barre class with Christmas attire and music, and afterwards, we enjoyed each other's company with great food and of course, dessert! My heart is full y'all! I couldn't have done it without my husband's help!😘

The Barre studio .wellness. Who knew that seven years later, I'd be lucky enough to not only continue teaching Barre at the same studio I took my very first Barre class, but be a Lead Instructor and have two special people, Brian and Michele, who encouraged me to write a Barre Teacher Training program! I am so grateful for the studio, fellow instructors, and most of all, our students, who keep it real, work hard, and inspire me to be a better instructor!
