Today, our residents had a blast making raspberry cheesecake parfaits 🍰🥄! Layering creamy cheesecake filling with juicy raspberries and crunchy toppings, everyone created beautiful (and delicious!) little masterpieces 😋💛.

The room was filled with laughter 😄, creativity 🎨, and sweet aromas 🌸 — and the best part? Enjoying every tasty bite together ❤️🤝. It was the perfect mix of fun, friendship, and dessert!

🍽️😊 Today, our Lunch Bunch enjoyed a delightful outing to Jacksonville for a wonderful meal at Logan's Roadhouse!

From the warm, fluffy yeast rolls 🥖 to the perfectly cooked ribeye steak 🥩, every bite was absolutely delicious. We were especially thrilled to have our special guest, Miss Anita, join us — her presence always makes our outings even more joyful! 💛✨

💕✨ As part of our intergenerational program, we are always delighted to welcome the students from Saint Paul Catholic School!

Today’s visit from one special student, Thomas, truly warmed our hearts. ❤️ He spent meaningful extra time with our residents — playing cards ♠️, creating Valentine’s Day crafts 🎨, and even helping design our festive bulletin board. 🧩✨

🍕✨ Our residents enjoyed a delightful lunch outing at Famous Pizza and Subs today!

❤️🎶 We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Navion of New Bern!

Paul filled the room with beautiful classic piano music 🎹, and Jenny wowed everyone with a heartfelt performance before leading a lively karaoke session full of laughs and singalongs. “My Funny Valentine” was the hit of the day, especially when our very own Miss Laurie joined in with a performance that brought smiles all around! 💕✨

Of course, we enjoyed plenty of sweet Valentine’s treats 🍓🍫, making it a joyful, love-filled day our residents and team members will cherish for a long time. 💖

On Friday, February 6th, our residents proudly participated in National Wear Red Day by dressing in their favorite shades of red to help raise awareness for heart health ❤️✨

National Wear Red Day is observed each year on the first Friday in February as part of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign—shining a light on heart disease, the leading cause of death for women 💪🫀

By wearing red, our residents showed their support, sparked meaningful conversations, and reminded us all how important it is to care for our hearts at every age ❤️😊 It was a beautiful way to stand together for wellness and awareness 🌟💖
