Congress has already passed federal language that bans most of today’s legal h**p products. This includes the CBD, CBN, and CBG items that millions of adults rely on and that keep h**p businesses operating nationwide. These restrictions were added to must-pass legislation without open debate, transparency, or input from the people who built this industry.

The consequences are immediate. Retail shelves will empty, supply chains will collapse, and entire categories of lawful products are now at risk. Farmers, manufacturers, and store owners who followed federal rules are being punished by a policy that ignores science and disregards the intent of the 2018 Farm Bill.

This is not regulation. It is a federally imposed shutdown of a lawful market and a direct threat to small businesses in every state.

Your voice is critical right now. Congress needs to hear from the business owners and consumers whose livelihoods and wellness are on the line. Demand that lawmakers reverse this ban, restore legal access, and replace reckless policy with fair, evidence-based regulation.
