The light of love class is always my favorite! This year we created These Christmas greenery arrangements, they turned out so beautiful!

Did you know that looking up , helps to bring a greater sense of calm and grounded presence to your nervous system? Science proves at about 70% of people have reported responses of improved presence and ability to think on circumstances above their self.
Try it? Look up towards the heavens, move your eyes beyond the horizon for one to two minutes and then close your eyes and notice any changes.
What I love about science is that it makes scripture come alive! Psalm 121
