Today was Angel Reiki Day to relieve the stress and frustration from being a caregiver. Today was about my client's Self Care and reminding my client to return to center, a place a self love and how to create peace in a world of chaos.

Now including IRT (Infrared Light Therapy) with Therapeutic Massage.

This client presented upper body issues such as sore muscles when raising his arms. I focused on his latissimus dorsi, teres major & minor, trapezius and low back.

The IRT helps increase blood flow to those muscles, reduce inflammation, and alleviate soreness.

It is also great for people who have arthritis and fibromyalgia. IRT dilates blood vessels, reduces swelling, and benefits conditions such as autoimmune diseases and chronic pain.

When I am traveling, I usually take my amethyst and clear quartz with me. On this trip, in particular, I stayed for a week. As you can see, I included a candle and my petrified wood.
