Good afternoon everyone 🙂 I have some openings becoming available in the next few weeks. I work with adults and children ages 3+ using child directed play therapy with a mix of other modalities (CBT, IFS, DBT, etc.)

I specialize in trauma-informed care, child welfare, parenting support, and helping families find strength and stability in the face of stress or change. Whether I’m supporting a caregiver, helping a child navigate big emotions, or guiding a family through the systems around them. I show up with empathy, respect, and practical tools that empower long-term growth and change.

I am certified in Triple P Levels 3, 4, and 5 (Positive Parenting Program).

Did you know behavior is communication? 💡

When you yell because you’re overwhelmed, is it really just anger… or stress and feeling out of control?

Our kids are the same way.

When they’re “acting out” or constantly seeking attention, they might be saying:
“I’m tired.”
“I’m frustrated.”
“I need connection.”

They don’t always have the words, so they use behavior.

Research shows that when we tune in to the need underneath the behavior, kids build better self-control, stronger self-esteem, and deeper trust with us. 💛

Discipline doesn’t have to be loud, harsh, or exhausting. 😓

Logical consequences help caregivers stay calm, consistent, and clear, even in tough moments.

When consequences are predictable and connected, children learn responsibility and cause-and-effect, without shame or power struggles.
