8 hour shift rotating between nights and days

Personal Care Assistant conducts rounds, checking on residents, assisting residents who need help with activities of daily living.

Personal Care Assistant works closely with the nurse on duty to monitor changes in condition of residents. PCA will conduct blood sugar readings and may be asked to take vitals if needed.

Must be able to read and write.

Previous experience as a healthcare aide is preferred.

Certification and experience as a CNA or STNA is a bonus.

May be Cross-trained to assist in other areas.

Dietary Aide needed to assist with preparation of meals, serving meals and cleaning up serving area and dining room.

Shifts are 12 hours 5a to 130p, 6a to 430p and 11a to 730p. Shift can rotate through those times.

Weekends rotate to allow time off during the weekend.

Prior experience cooking and working in a medical facility dietary department is a plus.

All applicants must be able to read and speak English language, follow recipes and work in an environment where safety is of utmost importance.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for 12 hour shifts at least 3-4 times a week.

Servsafe certification and CPR certification a plus!

Position starts at $9/hour

All applicants are required to pass drug screen, take a TB test, physical, covid test and background check.

Assisted Living Facility has an immediate opening for a LPN.

Shift availability is 2 - 16 hour shift - Sunday

Position requires a current Ohio LPN License.

LPNs are responsible for medication administration, implementing physician's orders, notating a change in status of resident, daily observation and documentation of residents to assist with overall health and well-being.

Must pass drug test, physical and background check.

Applicant must have reliable transportation.
