✨F✨A✨M✨I✨L✨Y✨✨V✨I✨L✨L✨A✨G✨E✨I had a chance to start a training called at my Brazilian Community with 11 amazing hardcore working ladies and mothers. We had the pilot that I call Village Mother, each lady will have the opportunity to train others and we can go as a “Parent Nation”. This is a project of Family engagement working together with . “Parent Nation” is a book written by and I was impacted by and now believing that this can grow and generate tremendous difference in the lives of so many sons and daughters for better opportunities. Putting my heart and soul in this. ✨📚🎓🙏❤️

✨2✨0✨2✨4✨ “TEACHER OF THE YEAR “, , I haven’t been with you this year however your teaching, words and kindness was on my mat with me whenever I would go. You thought me that yoga is an art, an expression, an experience with self and in the darkness times you were there motivating me, pushing me and mentoring me. 2024 I meditate a lot in your encouragements and I more than ever believe and agree that yoga is a self art. Your charisma is contagious. Thank you Ana for always caring and be the wonderful person that you are. Also the person who helped me connecting my passion for dancing and the love for yoga. Always taking me to a new heights. 💯I love you. ❤️🕉️✨

✨2✨0✨2✨3✨ TEACHER of the year. Yes she is the teacher who guided me to looking inward and see what I was missing in the small picture and I did a hell a lot self inquiry to hold things together when I didn’t think I could make to the end of a yoga class. It wasn’t just one more class with her was the class I would fight the hardest battle, my own mind. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Literally she pulled me on the side to let me know how she was concerned with my weight when I wasn’t listening to my friends and my family, but I did listen to her. Maybe I would be exaggerating but she did saved from a severe eating disorder and always be grateful. Thank you .yoga.fitness for pushing me beyond my limits and supporting me to be brave and trust in myself. And yes not to give up. Yes I am ok and I will always be as long as I have teachers that guides me to move forward and higher with my asana like you do. Thank you for being there with a warm towel 🤩 I was lucky to grab so many of them out of your hands. Thank you for working so hard to give us your best. I appreciate and respect you a lot. The past year you have taught me to be me and I felt accepted thank you 💕✨🕉💪
