For those that don’t know, I am in grad school to obtain a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. It’s been a very very long journey, working towards the degree one class at a time since 2018. I am now in the internship phase and the transition has been rough. (I think I am over the hump though.)

I recorded this video this morning, blindly commenting on the mystery package and sender, and then added the comments before I posted.

My point being…is that I hope you remember to look for the magic in the struggle. It takes situations such as this to remind myself.

My friend Camila sent this package to me and we originally connected over NLP and hypnosis…in early 2021. It’s a reminder, in hindsight, that we are exactly where we are supposed to be.

There are signs when you are on the right path, potential connection with those who are placed directly in your path, and a reminder to believe in yourself even when it’s hard.

I recently had a raw conversation with friends regarding some of my past mistakes and how I navigated them…and still navigating the end of them many, many years later.

I brought out my multiple file books of records and correspondence and I was asked… “are those records or are those BAGGAGE?”

You are right . It’s just old baggage, and it’s time for it to go. Even coaches need coaching ❤️

Something you might not know about investing in yourself is that your get rewarded with personal growth, insight, and the removal of blockages that hold you back.

The thing is - most people put off working on themselves for a number of reasons:

* Its not the right time...
* I don't "need" this...
* I need to save more money...
* I need to do something else first...

But the truth is there is no right time for investing in yourself...you just need to decide that YOU are worth it, and that you have had ENOUGH.
