Sit all day? Try this hip + low-back reset 👇

1. Grab a band (PT band or anything with a little give).
2. Tie ankles together so there’s light tension.
3. Flip to your belly (prone), forehead on hands, core gently on.
4. Bend knees to 90° so feet point up.
5. Pull feet apart against the band
6. Breathe and keep hips down (don’t arch your low back).
7. Repeat for 1–2 minutes daily.

💡 What it helps: wakes up hip rotators, decompresses the low back, and counters hours of sitting.
⚠️ Pain = stop and modify.
