But beyond the FUN, balloon🎈 toss is wonderful exercise for the mind & body — it helps improve hand-eye coordination, balance, focus & keeps everyone engaged & moving.

✨It’s amazing how something so simple can bring so much JOY & benefits!🌟

Our residents had a BALL playing one of their favorite games — Table Ball Toss! This simple, engaging activity is more than just FUN; it helps improve hand-eye coordination, focus & upper body strength while also encouraging social interaction & teamwork.
