Mary McAuliffe, APRN
Nurse Practitioner, Pak Medical Group by Innovacare Health.

Mary is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health, Internal Medicine, and General practice. She received her Bachelor of Nursing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in primary care clinics, urgent care, and Emergency Department.

Mary was born in Illinois and raised in Boerne, TX. She has recently relocated back into the area. She and her husband have been married for 25 years and have 3 children, and an American Bulldog. In her free time, Mary enjoys listening to all genres of music, going on family vacations, hanging out with friends, and attending football games and other various sporting events.

She and her family are thrilled to make New Braunfels their home and look forward to serving the community

Alicia Nielson is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Pak Medical Group by InnovaCare Health, bringing a strong foundation in both acute and primary care nursing.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2023, completing over 640 clinical hours across family practice, women’s health, and pediatrics. Her training emphasized comprehensive, independent care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Prior to becoming an NP, Alicia built a robust nursing career with nearly a decade of experience. At Metropolitan Methodist Hospital, she served as a Registered Nurse in both the Postpartum and Medical-Surgical units, providing compassionate care to mothers and infants, managing chronic illnesses, and mentoring new nurses. Her leadership skills were further demonstrated during her tenure as RN Supervisor at Southern Utah Veterans Home, where she oversaw a multidisciplinary team and coordinated care delivery to improve patient outcomes.

Alicia is known for her clinical acumen, patient-centered approach, and commitment to continuous learning. Her diverse background equips her to deliver high-quality care across the lifespan in her current role at Pak Medical Group.

Outside of her clinical role, Alicia has been happily married for 16 years and is a proud mother of three, with two beloved dogs rounding out the family. She finds joy in traveling with her family, exploring destinations both abroad and across the U.S. with favorite spots including Spain, Italy, France, Canada, Honduras, and Mexico.

When she's not caring for patients or planning her next adventure, Alicia enjoys unwinding by building intricate Lego sets and spending quality time at home. Her ability to balance a thriving career with a rich personal life reflects her dedication, creativity, and deep-rooted compassion, qualities that shine through in her work as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
