Nutrition plays a powerful role in helping older adults maintain strength, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall well being. At Benedictine, we prioritize good nutrition to help residents thrive with: balanced, flavorful meals, specialized diets for medical conditions, and meaningful social dining to promote better appetite and emotional well-being. Nourishing the body nurtures the spirit — and we are honored to support both for Nutrition Month and throughout the year.

Our Values in Action program, hosted by our Mission Integration Committee, highlights associates who truly exemplify our core values each and every day. These incredible team members are nominated by their fellow associates, residents, and resident family memebers for going above and beyond — and it’s always so inspiring to read the kind words shared about them.

This year, we added something fun — each month one nominee is randomly selected to receive a special Mission Integration Cup! A small token of appreciation for the big impact they make.

Our January winner was Tity, a CNA who always had a beautiful smile on her face and goes above and beyond for the residents in her care! Congratulations Tity, we are grateful for you and the difference you make every single day!
