🎃 What’s truly spooky?
Not ghosts or goblins — but how much of our free time is consumed by screens. Studies (like those in The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt) show rising concerns about how tech overuse impacts our cognition, relationships, and mental health.
As the weather cools and we retreat indoors, consider this challenge: go “analog” for a day, a weekend, or even a week.
Delete social media apps
Read a real book
Take a walk — no phone
Make a bonfire or do a craft
Call a friend instead of texting
Notice what feels hard — is it boredom, anxiety, a fear of missing out? And then notice what emerges in the quiet. More presence. More clarity. More you.
🧠 Your brain, body, and relationships will thank you.
