Our program and cost structure has been designed to provide a full complement of services, reaching communities and demographics that may view training and nutritional counseling as services outside of their reach. We have a true passion for health and wellness and a desire to empower others with the knowledge and guidance to “Take Charge” of their lives. Our services promote a balanced fitness regimen and nutrition plan for members and their families to incorporate into their everyday daily living. Our goal is to help individuals reach or exceed their goals to live a long term life with physical, mental, and emotional growth.

Our fitness classes are designed to be limited in size to truly focus on each member. Our mission is to maximize our attention and support on each person to help them burn fat and take their fitness to new levels. Never get lost in a pack again because our focus is to support each member as they walk through our doors! Perfect for anyone who wants a killer great workout but not in a gym setting.

Come and join our team as we push you outside of your comfort zone by setting goals and challenges but overall always keeping it fun!
