Description:
A powerful 30-minute full body workout combining strength training with bursts of cardio. This class focuses on building muscle, improving endurance, and increasing overall strength. Expect compound movements, controlled reps, and short cardio pushes to keep your heart rate up.
Equipment Needed:
• Medium to heavy dumbbells
• Exercise mat (optional)

Thursday – DB Sculpt & Burn
Description:
A low-impact sculpt session designed to tone, strengthen, and activate smaller muscle groups. Using lighter weights and resistance tools, this class focuses on controlled movements, stability, and deep muscle engagement. Expect a Pilates-style burn with intentional movement.

• Yoga blocks

Friday – HIIT 30
Description:
A fast-paced, high-energy 30-minute HIIT workout designed to boost metabolism and improve cardiovascular fitness. Short intervals of work followed by quick recovery keep the body challenged and moving the entire session.
