🥳It's Been One Year!🥳

Bucks County Wellness Center is coming up on it's 1 year anniversary on February 25th and we want to celebrate!

During the week of February 23 - February 28th, when you come in your name can be entered for a drawing to win a free one hour massage! Coming in for an adjustment? One entry! Coming in for an hour long training with our Personal Trainer? Two entries! Coming in for a two hour massage? That sounds like four entries to me!

With the incoming snow storm for our area, make sure you take precautions while shoveling. Stay safe, stay warm, and if you throw your back out, we can help you.

With weather predictions this weekend, please remember we are open Saturday from 9-1 (before the snow) and appointments can be made for Monday/Tuesday to fix those who will be shoveling this weekend. You may want to make those appointments now as they will fill up very quickly.

Important things to remember when shoveling this weekend.
- Annually, approximately 100 deaths and 11,500 injuries by heart attacks and remaining the cold too long
- Push the snow, try not to lift
- Take multiple breaks and remember to drink water
- Warm up! Take some of your breaks inside to get your temperature back up.
- Heart attacks are more likely to happen after a heavy snowfall.
- Try to clear the snow multiple times when the predictions show a lot of snow. Pushing 4 inches of snow 4 times is a lot easier than pushing 16 inches in one session

If you start to feel chest pains, shortness of breath, or lightheadedness YOU NEED TO STOP IMMEDIATELY.

A Ten-Year Glow Up ✨

In December 2015, Ashley Hammel earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences. Nearly a decade later, she is preparing to celebrate her first year as the proud owner of Bucks County Wellness Center.

Throughout the past ten years, Dr. Ashley has built her career caring for patients across Philadelphia, Lafayette Hill, and Collegeville. Today, she is proud to call New Britain home, continuing her passion for patient-centered care here in Bucks County, PA. Along the way, she put down roots in North Wales, welcomed two wonderful daughters, and volunteers as a Cub Pack Leader to guide and inspire the next generation of leaders.
