In celebration of Manufacturing Month, AVNA was honored to welcome teachers from Berlin High School for a plant tour and engaging discussion on the future of manufacturing.

Together, we explored how educators and industry can collaborate to bridge the skills gap, inspire the next generation, and fuel the innovation pipeline in manufacturing and other STEM-related fields.
