We must understand the relationship between each area and how they correlate with one another. I enhanced her natural features and replaced volume that had been lost. Infraorbital hollows (tear trough) is a beautiful injectable treatment for both young and mature patients. This gorgeous patient of mine came to me complaining of puffiness and “bags” underneath her eyes. With the appropriate technique and product, we were able to achieve a shorter lid-to-cheek distance, as well as add support to her ligaments to help achieve a less “baggy” look.
