A New Year Message from Nicole Perskie, Interim Director of NJLAP.

As we welcome 2026, I want to extend my warmest wishes to our colleagues, partners, and the entire legal community for a happy, healthy, and hopeful New Year.

At New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program, we are truly grateful for the trust placed in us to support the personal and professional well-being of New Jersey’s attorneys, judges, law students, and law graduates.

This past year reminded us how vital connection, compassion, and support are—and how powerful it is when we take care of ourselves and one another.

As we step into the New Year, may it bring renewed purpose, resilience, and balance, both personally and professionally. We look forward to continuing this important work and walking alongside you in the months ahead.
