Many people come to me with these symptoms and think that it is their hormomes.

But here is the thing, they are often too young or too old for it to actually be their hormomes.

These symptoms are all related.

It generally has to do with something else entirely, and once we know where it's coming from, often we can do something do about it.

Just because you don't have any digestive issues doesn't mean don't have food sensitivites.

They can show up as:

Brain fog
Headaches
Sinus issues
Postnasal drip
Chronic sore throats
Sluggish thyroid
Stubborn weighloss
Skin issues (and yes I said skin issues twice in the video🤦🏼‍♀️)
I guess cause it's kind of important.
