Our 8th Annual Case Competition will be April 19th from 9AM to 5PM! This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills by outlining a solution for the provided hospital case and presenting it to our renowned judges open to all schools, majors, and years. There will be a networking session with prospective employers to learn more about their companies! Don’t forget to register by April 17th as we will soon announce more sponsors joining the event! Recap of the Future Healthcare Administrators Recruiter Night!

The purpose of the FHA Recruiter Night is to provide undergraduate and graduate students with an opportunity to connect directly with employers in the healthcare industry. This event is designed to facilitate networking, support career exploration, and create pathways to internships, fellowships, and full-time employment. Recruiter Night helps participants learn about organizational missions, available roles, and the skills needed to succeed in various healthcare settings.

This year we partnered with Atlantic Health, Markie’s Place, Tal Healthcare, Leading in Love, Medix, Hackensack Meridian Health, Oceans Family Success Center, and Saint Peter’s University Hospital - 340B!

Introducing our 2025-2026 E-Board!!!

Nishk Sutaria is a rising senior studying in Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. He is currently interning at Daiichi-Sankyo and has worked for companies like Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Panasonic. As Recruitment Chair, Nishk will focus on increasing the cohort of members FHA has by introducing our events through the GroupMe as well as hopefully hosting tabling sessions and recruitment events for everyone to attend.

Introducing our 2025-2026 E-Board!!!

Henny Patel is a rising sophomore majoring in Cell Biology & Neuroscience. She is currently volunteering at the Middlesex Boro Rescue Squad as well as working as a Medical Assistant. As treasurer, she plans to dedicate meaningful time to help FHA grow and take care of the finances to ensure all FHA events can happen. In her free time she likes hanging out with friends and painting.

Rohan is a rising senior majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience, with a minor in psychology. He currently works as a scribe at RWJBarnabas Health, and volunteers as an EMT. On campus, he is a part of the Association of Indians at Rutgers, is a Resident Assistant, and is a part of the pre-medical fraternity on campus, Phi Delta Epsilon. As academic development chair, he hopes to branch out to other professional organizations that can provide guidance and more opportunities for our FHA members. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and golf

As Co-Marketing Chair, she plans to reach FHA’s social media platforms to more students. In her free time, she enjoys reading and trying new cafes.

As co-marketing chair, she hopes to expand FHA to a more diverse range of majors and emphasize that everybody aiming to work in health should understand health administration. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her friends and binge k-dramas

Mahum Imran is a rising junior majoring in Public Health and minoring in Biology on the Pre-PA track. She is currently working as a CNA at a rehabilitation center in NY. As secretary, she is committed to keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently. In her free time, Mahum loves to spend time with her friends and try new coffee spots.

Kkushi Verma is a rising junior double majoring in Finance and Cognitive Science. She currently volunteers at a nursing home for patients with Alzheimer’s and this summer she worked as a dental assistant in an oral surgeon’s office. As co-vice president, she hopes FHA can help students navigate their healthcare aspirations and provide an environment where they can learn and grow. In her free time, Kkushi enjoys painting and hanging out with friends.

Maitri Bhupatkar is a rising senior majoring in Health Administration and minoring in Public Health. She is currently interning at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as a Field Operations Intern. As vice president, she plans to continue to bring FHA to students pursuing healthcare and increase the involvement of students through collaborative events and professional development opportunities. In her free time, Maitri enjoys outdoor activities and hanging out with her friends.

Arzu Malik is a rising senior majoring in public health on the pre-PA track.
She is currently a medical assistant at Primary Care of New Brunswick, and an EMT at Westfield Rescue Squad.
As president, she plans to continue building the presence of FHA on Rutgers campus with new opportunities for students in the health administration field. In her free time, Arzu enjoys trying new food and spending time in nature.
