Another successful Social Security Disability appeal! So many cases will end in success so long as you understand the criteria that the judges must use when analyzing the case. Social Security Disability applications are only the beginning of the process. Do not be discouraged if you are denied. Act quickly to get legal assistance with your appeal. SSA only gives you 60 days within which to file an appeal.

Today we attained another “fully favorable” decision for a client in need of Social Security benefits. She cannot work because of orthopedic pain and limitation. Now, she will be able to support herself and will receive much needed Medicare benefits too!

We are so happy to report to our client today that her Social Security Disability appeal has been successful! Depression and anxiety are real and can be debilitating. The disease itself will cause a claimant to just give up on their claim if a denial comes in the mail. This is where we come in to keep the appeal process going and ensure that the case gets heard by a judge, and if necessary, even the appeals council. Now our client has medical coverage and monthly benefits!
