Embrace the endless dance of moving from one state of being to another and tap back into your fluid power by imagining oneself as water moving effortlessly in a river. Through deep mindful breath, soften your body and trust the natural flow of being. You’ll be guided with soft reminders to help you adapt your energy to peacefully flow through your experience.
