From the outside, everything can look like it is working.
A full life. A busy schedule. Showing up for family, work, and everything in between.
But for many women, there is a different experience happening underneath. A quiet pressure to be everything, to do everything right, and to hold it all together.
That pressure does not disappear in recovery. In many cases, it follows women into it.
At Lighthouse, we see how important it is to create space for something different. A place where women can step out of that pressure, take the mask off, and begin to understand what they have been carrying.
