The Lighthouse Recovery Residences & Recovery 365 is searching for a polished, mission-driven professional to join our team as our next Referral Relations Director. This role is ideal for someone who understands the behavioral health landscape, thrives in relationship-focused work, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families seeking long-term recovery support.

NEW CANAAN, CT — The Lighthouse, a premier recovery services provider for executives and professionals, proudly announces the appointment of Bob Ferguson to its Board of Directors. Ferguson brings over 30 years of leadership and innovation in the recovery industry to The Lighthouse’s governing board.

Ferguson is the founder of Jaywalker Lodge in Carbondale, Colorado, and Alpha Behavioral Health in Austin, Texas. He is a former Chairman of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) and holds a board position with the Foundation for Recovery, Science and Education (FoRSE).

“Bob’s extensive experience and deep understanding of recovery make him an invaluable addition to our board,” said Trey Laird, CEO and founder of The Lighthouse. “His proven track record of creating successful recovery communities and his innovative Open Community Model of Care align perfectly with our mission of helping executives build sustainable recovery while maintaining their professional responsibilities.”

Ferguson pioneered the Open Community Model of Care™, an alumni- and peer-directed approach that helps individuals transition from residential treatment into sustainable recovery. Since 1992, he has held leadership positions at renowned organizations including Hazelden Foundation, Promises Treatment Centers, and Crossroads Centre in Antigua.

“As a person myself in long-term recovery — I am overjoyed by the opportunity to join the board of directors at Lighthouse Recovery Services,” said Ferguson.
“This is a community of men and women where sobriety flourishes, where careers and relationships are reclaimed, and where families are reunited. These are the miracles I see in real time every time I set foot on campus. I am humbled and eager to come alongside founder Trey Laird, and the amazing staff and board at The Lighthouse.”
