✨ Did You Know? ✨

Most people don’t realize that Licensed Massage Therapists are required to take ongoing Continuing Education (CE) courses to keep their professional licenses active and in good standing.

That means your favorite LMTs (hi 👋😄) are constantly learning — from new techniques to safety standards and specialized modalities — all to provide you with the safest, most effective and up-to-date care possible. Every time you’re in a session with us you’re receiving care from professionals who are dedicated to growing, improving, and staying current in the field!

This past weekend I traveled to Wichita, Kansas to take the Heated Bamboo course with the incredibly talented people over at Bamboo Bodyworx - Heated Healing.
I am SO excited to be bringing this amazing modality to the table—literally!

It seems ❄️winter❄️ has arrived, so we’d like to take the time to remind you of our severe weather policies.

With a large chunk of our clientele traveling to us from further locations, we want to make sure you arrive to us in one piece! Therefore, when severe weather hits we will be following the local school closings to gauge whether we open that day or not. (each therapist will also go with their own discretion)
Your safety (and ours!) is way more important to us than the all mighty dollar.
If we have to close shop for the day, there will be no charge to you, and you will either be rescheduled immediately or bumped up to the top of our wait list.
If YOU decide that you are uncomfortable driving to us, yet we remained open, you will not be penalized with a cancellation fee. We all know how drastic the lake effect shifts can be from town to town here in Michiana!
If cancellations have to happen, your Massage Therapist will contact you directly. Announcements will also be made here on our Facebook.

We’re hosting a Food Drive at Referral Patterns Massage & Wellness Center to support our local area food banks and families in need.

Now through the month of November, drop off unexpired non-perishable food items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, peanut butter, boxed meals, etc. Every donation—big or small—makes a difference right here in our own community.

As a thank-you, donors will be entered into a drawing to win a free one-hour massage with Becca.

Let’s come together to share warmth, kindness, and nourishment during this uncertain government shut-down and the upcoming holiday season.
