I wanted to share a meaningful shift in my practice. As I’ve grown in my Christian faith, I feel led to step away from energy-based modalities.

✨ Holy Spirit–led laying on of hands – optional, Scripture-guided, and offered only at your request

My heart is to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while staying aligned with my faith and integrity. Every session will provide a safe, peaceful, and healing space where you can experience restoration and encouragement.
